7 Minute High Fitness Work Out app good for

Perfect in between getting ready for work! Or a quick warm up before going for a run/hike!
I feel better and have more strength after using the app once daily for a few weeks.
Its good for a boost. Sometimes I get to the gym and Im dragging but this will get me started and remind me why Im here.
This is a good little hotel room workout for when I am on the road.
This app is great for a little exercise and I feel better after every exercise. There are a few short exercises with a few seconds in between each one. The only downside to this is there arent any new exercises and I wish there were instead of the same ones every 7 minutes, so, if the developers are reading this, please update this! Other than that, this is an amazing app that YOU SHOULD GET!
This is one of the best apps for pumping and warming up. Excellent.

Very useful app for when you want a quick workout but dont know what to do.
Great AM work out before work. Really gets the blood flowing.
A great beginner workout. 1 isnt enough for me. When I feel the need to burn Ill go twice.

I use this app when I am on the road, and the hotel gym is not very good. It actually can get you breathing pretty hard. I do the workout 2-3 times, like sets, and it gets me feeling like Ive worked out for the day. I added the voice option, which helps so I dont have to run over to my phone to see the next exercise. Simple, but it works.
